From 1995-2000 he worked as a researcher at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cedro-uva.org\/lib\" title=\"Centre for Drug Research (CEDRO)\" target=\"_blank\">Centre for Drug Research (CEDRO)<\/a> of the University of Amsterdam, publishing on illicit drug markets and international drug control.
