Her current research uses a critical interpretative approach to explore Canadian aid policy in Tanzania with a particular focus on aid effectiveness. Prior to returning to her academic studies, Molly worked as a planning and evaluation specialist for a number of development organizations including the International Development Research Centre and First Nations Communities in Nova Scotia.
