Over 15 years he has worked in more than 30 countries, predominantly in Central and Eastern Europe, The Middle East, China, and a little in Sub-Saharan Africa. He has worked under contract to various Dutch consulting companies (TNO, KIT, NEI) and international organizations (including: EU, WHO, WB, IADB).
