He is also&nbsp;senior lecturer at the University of Li\u00e8ge (Belgium), and holds a doctorate in political science&nbsp; from the universities of Paris VIII and Li\u00e8ge.&nbsp;He is author of&nbsp;<i>The World Bank: A Critical Primer<\/i>, Pluto, London, 2008;&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/cadtm.org\/Glance-in-the-Rear-View-Mirror\" target=\"_blank\"><i>Glance in the Rear View Mirror. Neoliberal Ideology From its Origins to the Present<\/i><\/a>, Haymarket, Chicago, 2012.
