She is finalizing a PhD on the involvement of the Belgian subnational government of Flanders in international decision-making on sustainable development. Her research focuses on the UN Commission on Sustainable Development, the OECD Annual Meeting of Sustainable Development Experts and the EU discussions on the EU\u2019s sustainable development strategy.
