Approximately 2000 delegates will gather together to discuss progress in improving development effectiveness building on similar forums at Accra in 2008 and Paris in 2005. In the latest in a series of online debates, the Broker \u2013 in cooperation with the OECD \u2013 asked a range of inspiring experts to discuss the tough questions ahead of Busan: Beyond aid as we know it: How can the development agenda be expanded to be more effective and is Busan the right place to do it? and Beyond the traditional donors: Can traditional and new donors agree on best development practices, should they, and if so how will they overcome the many challenges to aligning their practices?<\/p>\n<p class=\"yunu3cvqabft7vifv\">Join this debate! First, the good news.
